Alright! Summer is just around the corner. Everyone is frenzied because school is over, though work is life for many. One thing we must prepare for is not just a perfect beach body but also to serve a palatable yet healthy and affordable snacks for everyone.

Let me share with you my recipe!

What’s in:

400 grams pasta

500 grams Spaghetti Sauce

200 grams Tomato Sauce

185 grams Quickmelt Cheese

3 cups Tuna Flakes in Vegetable oil

1 teaspoon Rock Salt

1 clove Garlic/minced

1 Med-sized White Onion/minced

2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

1 tablespoon Black Pepper

Here’s How:

Put the pasta into the casserole. Boil for 10 minutes. Add salt to taste and vegetable oil to prevent the pasta from entangling. Sieve and set aside.

Heat a pan. Add vegetable oil, minced garlic and white onion. Add tuna fakes, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the shredded cheese. Then put in a clean container.

Just like that! In less than 30 minutes, your  Spicy Tuna Pasta is ready to be devoured. It is awesome for everyone who loves pasta but at the same time health conscious. Since tuna is rich in protein and omega 3, it is good for the heart, too! Plus, it is very economical.
